User details (full name, email address, residential address, etc.) and transaction information for phone orders are treated as confidential, just as in standard retail store transactions.
It is guaranteed that only authorized employees have access to transaction details and only when necessary, e.g., for processing orders. Otherwise, "LE FROU FROU" perfumery undertakes not to disclose customer details and transaction info unless authorized in writing by the customers themselves, or if mandated by a court order or decision of another Public Authority. Personal data provided for phone orders are used exclusively by "LE FROU FROU" perfumery to support, promote, and execute the commercial relationship.
Every visitor can browse the "LE FROU FROU" website without submitting any personal information. The required details for each phone order transaction are your full name, a mobile phone number, shipping address (street, city, postal code), and receipt type (retail receipt or invoice). If an invoice is required, we also need the company name, VAT registration number, and tax office / registered headquarters address.
