Our story begins in the autumn of 2024 during a trip to the town of Grasse, France. While strolling through the town, we encountered a small vintage perfumery, from which an intoxicating fragrance emanated and spilled into the street. It marked the beginning of our journey into the world of perfumes, as we had accidentally found ourselves in their global capital—the exact place hosting some of the most iconic perfume houses in the world, such as Fragonard, Molinard, Galimard, and others, along with raw material plantations for famous fragrance houses.
In a venue that marries retro aesthetics with modern design, our store offers perfumes crafted according to the strict standards and international certifications. These standards ensure our perfumes are not merely scents, but an emotion with depth, longevity, and intensity.
The essence is dissolved exclusively in eau de cologne of the exact same aromatic base at a concentration ratio of 24% – 25%, producing a true parfum result. The concentration of the essence is kept at the maximum allowable dosage according to French manufacturer specifications—without the need to add enhancers for an extra fee—ensuring that the fragrance longevity lasts between 8 to 12 hours.
Every perfume can be accompanied by international test certifications, guaranteeing full compatibility with cosmetological standards and minimizing any potential for allergic reactions.

The name of our store was inspired by a retro sound, a sweet memory, an ode to womanhood. In the early 19th century, women wore long dresses supported underneath by layers of petticoats, which created a distinct and whisper-like rustling sound whenever a woman moved. Frou-Frou was the term used in French slang for the "rustling" of women's garments.
In the modern era, Le Frou Frou perfumery embodies the vintage lightheartedness of a bygone era—synonymous with the luxury, lightness, and elegance of the Belle Époque—translated into unique Niche, Prive, and Gourmand perfumes as well as personal care products, such as body milk, body lotion, shower bath, dry body oil, and aftershave, for women, men, and unisex.
